What i suggest is a cap on muscle per tier of digimon in addition to an random amount of muscle randomized each battle. which leads me to believe that monsters have some hidden base muscle on top of what they actually train to.(however this is just a theory) I have where garurumon and he has the veemon evolution line (the new egg) and beats me nearly every time. This lead my friend to grind to me so we can grind evolution battles to get to 30 to get a mega digimon. because hardly anyone trains to 113 muscle Regardles of that you can check the settings there is no cap on the muscle you can have I am sitting at around 113 muscleĪnd there are no players to fight with.

When you check the muscle in you too left stat button you have full muscle hearts at around 12-13 which resets on each evolution. I love the idea of the ranked system it pairs you with other players based on muscle found in settings, however this is flawed. However think the battle system/muscle system needs to be reworked. I downloaded this game with my 3 other friends of mine and have had a blast of nostalgia and fun playing. If you're looking for a solid app to give you that nostalgic feel, and that works perfectly, Retromon is by far the best choice in my honest opinion.

The only "downside" is that there are ads, but not only do they rarely pop up, they are also relatively short ads and you can usually exit out of them very quickly, so I wouldn't even really call it much of a downside.
The ranked and unranked battle system provides a little fun for everyone, and the new lobby and arena concept makes it that much more fun and visually appealing. I have not come across any problems so far with the Online Battle system. Retromon also did an amazing job in creating a fun, and competitive, well balanced battle system that works great. Retromon does a great job keeping that nostalgic feel, while adding nice little details like the different kinds of foods when you feed your pet, or the many different attack visuals specific to each monster. Every detail is pretty much exactly as I remember it, except better. This app does a great job at recreating that. Not only could you raise your pet like any other tamagotchi, but it also allowed you to put your training and hard work to the test in a battle against your friends. Out of all the tamagotchi's, the Digimon one was always my favorite because it added a purpose. Honestly, if I could give this 6 stars I would.
